Good and Faithful Servant
Praying for all those who are suffering abandonment/abortive spirit in their life or our life, who lost family, abandoned for (wife) abandoned (for husband) abandoned (for daughter) abandoned (for son) abandoned (for sister or brother) abandoned or betrayed (for friend) unfortunately we or they don’t have a house, family, friend to refuge or shelter to support them or us, praying for all unborn babies who are despised/hate by their mother or father, only God can take these babies to heaven. God mercy Prayers often entrust innocent, aborted, or miscarried children to God’s care, asking Him to receive them into heaven. In the name of Jesus Christ mercy for it abandoned and homicide unborn.

Psalm 27:10Though my father and mother forsake (abandoned) me, the Lord/God will receive

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up the deep pain of abandonment, betrayal, and loss that has marked so many lives, whether through broken families, unborn children lost to abortion, or the cruel severing of bonds that God designed to be sacred. The wounds of rejection and isolation run deep, and we acknowledge before the Lord that the enemy seeks to use these sorrows to breed despair, bitterness, and a sense of worthlessness. But we declare that God is the Father to the fatherless, the Defender of the abandoned, and the Comforter of the brokenhearted. His love is not like man’s love, it does not fail, forsake, or forget.

First, we must address the grievous sin of abortion, which has brought death to millions of innocent lives and left scars on mothers, fathers, and families. The shedding of innocent blood cries out to God, and we stand in the gap to repent on behalf of a culture that has callously discarded life in the womb. We pray for every mother and father who has participated in abortion, whether through coercion, fear, or deception, that they would encounter the mercy of Jesus, who alone can cleanse from sin and heal the wounds of guilt and shame. We entrust every unborn child lost to abortion into the arms of our Heavenly Father, trusting in His perfect justice and unfailing love. Scripture assures us that God hears the cries of the oppressed and that He will avenge the blood of the innocent (Genesis 4:10, Revelation 6:10). We declare that these little ones are not forgotten; they are received into the presence of the Lord, where there is no more pain, no more sorrow, and no more abandonment (Revelation 21:4).

For those who have been abandoned by parents, spouses, children, siblings, or friends, we cry out for healing and restoration. The pain of being left behind can feel unbearable, and the enemy would love to use it to harden hearts toward love, trust, and even God Himself. But we serve a God who specializes in turning ashes into beauty and mourning into joy (Isaiah 61:3). We rebuke the spirit of abandonment and declare that the Lord will never leave nor forsake His children (Hebrews 13:5). Even if earthly parents fail, God promises to be a Father to the fatherless and a Husband to the widow (Psalm 68:5, Isaiah 54:5). We pray for those who feel utterly alone, without a home, a family, or a friend to turn to, that they would experience the tangible presence of Jesus as their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). May they know that they are deeply loved, chosen, and adopted into God’s family through Christ (Ephesians 1:5).

For those who have been betrayed by friends or loved ones, we ask the Lord to guard their hearts from bitterness and unforgiveness. Betrayal cuts deep, but Jesus understands this pain intimately, He was betrayed by one of His own disciples (Matthew 26:49-50). We pray that those who have been wounded would follow Christ’s example and release their offenders to God, trusting Him to be their Vindicator (Romans 12:19). May they find their identity not in the actions of others but in the unchanging love of Christ, who calls them His own.

We also lift up those who are struggling with the generational curses of abandonment, abuse, or dysfunction. The sins of the fathers can indeed be visited upon the children (Exodus 20:5), but we serve a God who breaks chains and sets captives free! We declare that the blood of Jesus is more powerful than any generational sin, and we rebuke every assignment of the enemy to perpetuate cycles of brokenness (Galatians 3:13-14). We pray for families to be restored, for fathers to rise up and lead with godly love, for mothers to nurture with wisdom, and for children to be raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). May every broken line be mended by the healing power of the Holy Spirit, and may God’s design for family be reestablished in homes that have known only pain.

For those who have abandoned others, whether through divorce, neglect, or emotional withdrawal, we pray for conviction and repentance. God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and calls husbands and wives to love one another sacrificially, as Christ loved the Church (Ephesians 5:25). We pray for marriages to be restored, for parents to take responsibility for their children, and for those who have walked away to return with humility and seek reconciliation. If reconciliation is not possible due to unrepentant sin or danger, we pray for godly wisdom and protection for those who have been left behind.

We also lift up those who are struggling with the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth. The grief of losing a child is profound, and the silence surrounding it can make it feel even more isolating. We pray for comfort for these parents, that they would know their child is safe in the arms of Jesus. We declare that God sees their tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8), and that one day, they will be reunited with their little ones in eternity.

Finally, we address the root of all abandonment: the fall of man and the entrance of sin into the world. Because of sin, relationships fracture, families break, and lives are lost. But God did not leave us in our brokenness, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to reconcile us to Himself and to one another (2 Corinthians 5:18-19). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to break free from the chains of abandonment, rejection, and death. If anyone reading this has not surrendered their life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). In Christ, you are no longer an orphan, you are a child of God, dearly loved and fully accepted (John 1:12).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for the pain of abandonment, betrayal, and loss that so many carry. We repent on behalf of our nation and our world for the sin of abortion, for the shedding of innocent blood, and for the hardness of heart that allows such things to happen. We ask for Your mercy and forgiveness, and we entrust every unborn child lost to abortion into Your loving care. Lord, receive them into Your presence and comfort the mothers and fathers who grieve.

For those who have been abandoned by parents, spouses, children, or friends, we ask that You would be their Father, their Friend, and their Shelter. Heal the wounds of rejection and replace them with the security of Your love. Break the chains of generational sin and dysfunction, and restore what the enemy has stolen. Raise up godly families, fathers, and mothers who will love and nurture as You intended.

For those who have abandoned others, we pray for conviction and repentance. Soften hardened hearts, Lord, and draw them back to You and to those they have hurt. Where reconciliation is possible, make a way. Where it is not, provide wisdom, protection, and peace.

For those grieving the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth, we ask for Your comfort and the assurance that their little ones are with You. Ease their pain and fill the void with Your presence.

Lord, we declare that You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We rebuke the spirit of abandonment and declare that no one who comes to You will ever be forsaken. May Your Church rise up as a family for the lonely, a refuge for the broken, and a voice for the voiceless. Use us, Lord, to bring healing, hope, and restoration to a hurting world.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who was abandoned so that we might never be. Amen.

We hear the weight of so many broken bonds and lost lives wrapped up in your prayer. The ache of being abandoned by a spouse, a parent, a child, or a friend is its own kind of wilderness. And then there is the silent grief of unborn children, lives never held, rejected before they could take a breath. For many, these sorrows are carried alone, hidden behind closed doors. Even when there is no human shelter to run to, Psalm 27:10 stands firm: the Lord receives the forsaken. He does not turn away from the fatherless, the betrayed, or the tiny lives that only He fully knows.

It’s a tender thing that you’ve brought these people before God’s mercy. We simply want to say, if you or someone you know is personally haunted by an abortion decision or by wounds of deep abandonment, we’d gently encourage you to reach out for safe, confidential support. Many churches and crisis pregnancy centers offer post-abortion healing groups or inner-healing prayer ministries where the weight can finally be shared and the slow work of grief can begin. You were never meant to carry this alone.

Lord Jesus, we lift to You every child who was never held, every soul crushed by betrayal and rejection. For those who have no house or friend to turn to, be their refuge. For the unborn, we entrust them entirely to Your mercy, knowing You welcome the little ones into Your presence. Bring healing to the mothers, fathers, and families who grieve in secrecy. Let Your Church become a shelter for the broken, and restore hope where it has been stolen. In Your name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The ache of abandonment is an old sorrow, isn’t it? It travels through a family line like a crack in a wall, and you feel it where you stand today, not only your own portion of it, but the weight of those who came before, and the little ones who never drew breath at all. You are carrying a great deal in your heart, and the Lord sees every ounce of it.

But take this one jewel of a promise and hold it up to the light: “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.” That word receive is warm and motherly in the Hebrew; it means to gather up, to take into the household. When every natural shelter is taken down and every human arm withdraws, there is a receiving that never fails. The unborn whose only rejection came before they could be held, He receives them. The wife or husband standing in the wreckage of a covenant broken by another, He receives. The son, the daughter, the sister, the friend who feels the raw sting of being cast aside, no matter how far the rejection reaches, the receiving of God reaches farther still.

Think for a moment what His receiving means. It is not mere tolerance. When Jesus took up the little children into His arms, He did not hold them at arm’s length. He drew them in. So it is with every soul that belongs to Him. The ones who never knew a father’s love on earth find their true fathering in Him from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. You and all those you are praying for are not orphaned; you are gathered. You do not drift on a dark sea without a harbor, the Great Receiver has already begun drawing you in. And for the innocent lives that ended in the womb, whether through malice or through sorrow, entrust them now to the very heart of God. He does not despise the work of His own hands. The Good Shepherd carries the lambs in His bosom. They are safe in the kingdom of His gentleness, and not one of them is forgotten.

And what of the house you do not have, the shelter that others find in family and you find only in memory or wish? The prodigal came to himself in a far country and went home, and the father saw him while he was yet a great way off. That same Father sees you. He sees the person abandoned again and again. The love letter He has sent you comes in a black-edged envelope, perhaps, but it is still a love letter. And inside it He writes, “I am your dwelling place. I am your shield. I will lift up your head.” There are many who have found a roof under His wings when every earthly ceiling fell in. He Himself is your refuge, and under His wings you are not merely sheltered, you are adopted. You are brought into the family that cannot be broken, whose names are written in a register that no disaster can smudge, that no death can erase.

Fix your eyes there. Not on the generations of pain behind you, not on the betrayals that sting freshly, but on the face of Jesus who “receives sinners.” Who receives the forsaken. Who does not turn away one soul that comes with its rags and its hunger. There is a whole family in heaven and on earth already gathered around Him, and many of those bright spirits above are the very little ones you are lifting up in prayer tonight. They are not lost. They are not despising. They are not despised. They are at home.

---

Lord Jesus, You who bind up the brokenhearted and are a Father to the fatherless, we bring to You all who have been abandoned, betrayed, and cast aside. Gather them into Your everlasting arms. We entrust to Your mercy the innocent children who never saw the light of day yet are bathed now in uncreated Light. Hold them close. Hold those who mourn them close. And for this dear one who prays, steady the heart. Lift the eyes to see the open door of the Father’s house, and let the Spirit within cry with full assurance, “Abba, Father.” In Your strong and tender name, Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are deeply moved by the heaviness of your heart as you shared these tender and painful burdens concerning generational wounds and the deep ache of abandonment—whether in your own life or in the lives of those you love. Thank you for trusting us with these sacred sorrows and allowing us to stand with you in prayer. We have lifted each name, each face, each unborn child, and every broken relationship before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to wrap His arms of mercy around those who feel forgotten, to heal the wounds of betrayal, and to bring comfort where there has been only silence.

We continue to pray that God would be a Father to the fatherless, a Husband to the widow, a Friend to the lonely, and a Shelter to those without refuge. For those who have suffered abandonment—whether by parents, spouses, children, siblings, or friends—we ask that the Lord would reveal Himself as the One who never leaves nor forsakes. We entrust every unborn child, every life lost or rejected, into His loving care, believing that He receives them with perfect love and justice.

If any of these prayers have been answered—if a heart has been softened, if peace has been restored, if shelter has been found—we would be blessed to hear how God is moving. Please share a praise report so we may rejoice with you. If the pain remains and the answers have not yet come, we invite you to post this request again. We are not finished praying. We will continue to intercede, believing that God hears, He cares, and He is at work even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord bless you with His presence in the waiting, strengthen you in the struggle, and fill you with the hope that comes only through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in His precious and powerful name. Amen.
