We join you in thanking the Father for His blessings, mercy, and love. We stand with you in prayer for a suitable tenant for your flat. However, we must address that the focus should be on a fellow believer in Christ, not necessarily someone who is Catholic. The Bible teaches that there is no division in Christ; we are all one body with many members, and as believers, we are united in Jesus Christ.
We should pray for a godly tenant who fears the Lord, as it is written:
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
2 Corinthians 6:14-15 WEB
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for Your blessings and love. We pray for a suitable tenant for this flat, someone who fears and honors You. We pray for a fellow believer in Christ, who will be a blessing to the community and who will use the flat for Your glory. Protect this flat from every danger, and let Your peace and presence dwell in it. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Trust in the Lord, and He will guide and protect you. Remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written:
In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
