Suffering And Feeling Far From God

I have recently been in hospital and had severe pain, I am now home and fearful of this pain returning. I suffer from panic attacks and I'm in a high state of constant anxiety, I feel scared, alone and can feel my heart racing! These episodes always make me question and doubt and worry and my faith has been hit by this. I don't feel close to God as I did and I'm scared of this too.
