We are so glad to join with you in prayer for your father's interview. It is so important to know that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to God the Father to ask for His blessing on this Interview. You have done well by asking in Jesus' name.
Let us share these words from the WEB, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth will agree about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." Matthew 18:19
Let us pray together.
Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We ask, Lord, that You guide the conversation during this interview. Give the interviewer discernment and insight to see Your grace at work in his life. Give him the words to speak and present the truth about his desire to be a permanent resident. We ask for the Favor of God upon him.
Father, we know that You hear our prayers, and that You are working in our lives according to Your will. We ask that, no matter the outcome, he may feel Your presence and peace, knowing that Your plan for him is good. Lord, we ask for success in this interview. May the words of his mouth and the meditations of his heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, his rock and his redeemer.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6
Continue to trust in the Lord. When we pray according to God's will in the name of Jesus, He hears us.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
