We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up your granddaughter as she faces her high school exams. Father God, we know that wisdom and understanding come from You alone, and we ask that You grant her clarity of mind, focus, and retention of all she has studied. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."* Lord, we claim this promise over her life today.
We also pray for peace to guard her heart and mind, as Philippians 4:6-7 assures us: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* May she feel Your presence with her, calming any anxiety and filling her with confidence in the abilities You have given her.
Lord, we ask that You would order her steps and guide her through each question, helping her to recall what she needs to succeed. Remind her that her worth is not defined by these exams but by who she is in You. May she honor You with her efforts, knowing that all she does is for Your glory.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear or distraction that may try to hinder her. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand on the truth that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that she will walk in the power of Your Spirit and overcome every obstacle.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. We trust You to work all things together for her good, and we ask that You would bless her with success according to Your will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
