We hear your concern for the students who are struggling with behavior, and we also lift up your request for favor and protection in your workplace. Let us come together in prayer and seek the Lord’s guidance, wisdom, and intervention in these situations.
First, we recognize that discipline and self-control are fruits of the Spirit, as Scripture tells us in Galatians 5:22-23, *"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."* When children or young people struggle with behavior, it is often a sign that their hearts need to be nurtured in godly wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 22:6 reminds us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* We must pray that these students would be surrounded by godly influences—parents, teachers, and mentors—who will guide them in the ways of the Lord.
We also rebuke any spirit of rebellion, disobedience, or confusion that may be at work in their lives. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that these students will not be given over to the ways of the world but will be drawn to the light of Christ. We pray for their hearts to be softened, their minds to be renewed, and their actions to reflect the love and discipline of God.
For your workplace, we ask the Lord to grant you favor with your colleagues and supervisors. May you walk in integrity, wisdom, and grace, as Colossians 3:23-24 instructs, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* We pray for protection over you—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May the Lord shield you from any harm, gossip, or unjust treatment, and may His peace guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We lift up these students to You, asking that You would break every chain of disobedience and rebellion in their lives. Surround them with Your love and truth, and let them experience the transforming power of Your Word. For this dear one at their workplace, we ask for Your divine favor and protection. May Your presence go before them, and may they be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your glory. We rebuke every scheme of the enemy and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen them, Lord, and fill them with Your peace. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
