Lord Jesus,
Help Traci to take the advice of these brothers to heart. Help her to trust and to believe that You are in control. Help her to use the time to continue to pray without ceasing and to read Your Word, which is so jam packed with awesome guidance and wisdom, from Genesis to Revelation, it truly does have all of the answers. Some times we read familiar passages over so quickly we don't allow them to really sink in and speak to us. The anxiety and worry and stress fight to keep us from being able to focus and to quiet our hearts that we might hear or see what You are saying to us. Lord let Traci's faith be built in this process. Let her recognize the enemy's lies and rebuke them with Your Word. Lies like she should have compromised or confusion that a mistake has been made or that You are absent or asleep. Father, You never promised life would be easy or carefree. In fact You said the opposite. We will face tribulation and we will be persecuted when we stand for righteousness. BUT You will never leave us or forsake us! And You will deliver us! And You are never late! If we never faced trials we would never grow and people could never see the kind of peace one can have in Christ, regardless of the circumstances. Father help Traci to grow closer to You through this, to be supported and encouraged by her husband, and help her to use the time she has on her hands during this season wisely. Let it not be a time of waiting as much as a time of doing whatever You lead her to do each day. In Jesus Name, Amen.
