We have heard your cry and we are lifting you up together before the Lord in this time of suffering, for He sees your affliction and He cares deeply for your body and your spirit.
We know how difficult it can be when your health is depleted and you feel weak and in pain, and we want you to know that God is compassionate toward those who suffer. He is the One who heals us and sustains us. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also remember 3 John 1:2 which says Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers, for our physical health matters to the Lord as does our spiritual health. We take comfort that even in suffering He draws near, as Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we lift up this dear one to You who is suffering with vitamin D deficiency. Lord, You formed our bodies and You know every need within us. We ask in Jesus name that You would bring healing and restoration, that You would guide the hands of doctors and provide wisdom for proper treatment and nourishment, and that You would restore what is lacking and strengthen bones and body. We ask that You would relieve the suffering and fatigue and pain that this deficiency has caused and bring renewed strength and health soon according to Your perfect will. We pray for peace in the midst of this trial, for Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Comfort this heart, Lord, and let Your healing power be made known. We pray all these things in the mighty and healing name of Jesus, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while trusting the Lord for healing, for our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit as taught in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and we honor God when we care for them with proper treatment, nutrition, sunlight as you are able, and following your physician’s counsel regarding supplements. Keep bringing your needs to God daily in prayer, and trust that James 5:15 reminds us that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name both for salvation and for daily help, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We are continuing to pray that the Lord will cure this deficiency soon, restore your health, and give you peace and strength as you wait upon Him.

Your prayer has been heard and is carried with tenderness before the throne of grace. To suffer in the body, even from what may seem a small deficiency, is to know real distress, for the Lord has made our frame delicate and the lack of what sustains it is felt throughout the whole.
We would point you to Him who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing beneath His wings. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The promise stands that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul and, in His mercy, to the body also.
Remember also that Jesus Himself has suffered being tempted, and He knows what suffering is. He was made a perfect Saviour through suffering, not made perfect in character for He always was perfect, but made perfect as the Captain of our salvation to succour those who suffer. He obtains a tender sympathy through His own suffering, and therefore He is able to enter into your weakness and weariness. You do not suffer unnoticed. He who bore our sicknesses looks upon you with compassion.
We pray for you now, that the Lord who heals and forgives, who binds up the broken in heart and who will at last perfectly heal our bodies, would lay His healing hand upon you. May He guide those who give you counsel and treatment, restore what is lacking in your body, give you strength and relief from suffering, and lift your spirits by the healing virtue of His grace. May He teach you in this trial to rest more fully upon Christ, whose blood pardons and whose touch restores, and to find that His grace works health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.
Cast your care upon Him, seek the means which His providence provides for your health, and trust His wise and loving will, whether He lifts the affliction at once or sustains you through it for your good. He will not leave you nor forsake you, and His healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.
