dear friends,please stand with me in prayer,the devil is trying to bring me sorrow when i should be rejoicing and giving thanks to the lord,monday this week i gt the promotion that i had always prayed for en i give God all the glory en honour,however tuesday ma grandma gt a stroke,en wedn ma car was broken in en a laptop and all my identification documents were stolen,please pray for me to focus on the lords goodness en not the problems surrounding me.

I understand where you are coming from on the weekend great things happen to give praise now everything and one is trying to bring me down...I pray too for God's strength to keep standing strong and praising and not be temped to focus on the problems and negativity of everyone around me...the direct hits come the minute satan thinks we are too happy and comfortible with God...he can't win God give us solid rock strenghth to ignore his evil sneaky ways. Let us praise praise praise and wise, strong and good friend tells me praise in all things look for the good and even if none and u feel insincere, praise praise praise anyway. Well that is so hard to swallow and do, but I am trying it and it seems to work...I forgot yesterday how and when to do that and I slipped way back last night...but today I am going to make that change....God is here for us and we must be strong...God give us extra help today to be strong for you and not weak..amen...! wow I praise God I read your post first as that was how I was feeling and of course good old satan was giving me the guilt trip and what ifs about everything in my life....and of course I was falling for it kicking and screaming of course...!

Let’s Pray: God I ask in Jesus’ name, “Lay Your Hands Upon Me. Bless me with the spirit, attitude, and wisdom of Joshua. That same spirit of obedience to You, faith in You and Your Word, trusting You, and courage in spite of the spirit of fear trying to conquer him that Joshua had let it rest upon me and within me. Bless me with the spirit and the heart of Joshua. Bless me with that spirit of excellence. God as You were with Joshua Lord please be with me. Let Your presence always dwell with me. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I love and care about.
