For everyone who find themselves wondering if God even hears their prayers, I want to encourage you to believe the word of God. When the Word says that God hears our prayers, then thank Him for hearing you. Sometimes the things we go through in our lives are of our own doing...by that I mean we have made choices that did not line up with the revealed will of God. Even in the midst of the storms of our lives that are of our own making, believe that God is there with you in the midst of it...He said He would never leave us nor forsake us, and even if it "feels" like He's nowhere to be seen, He's as close as the mention of His name. Praising God in the midst of the storm can be a real storm breaker. The stress and the fear of it can be broken, even though the storm rages around you.
Father, I pray for those whose lives seem so out of control, so depressing and hopeless, and I ask that you would reveal to them that You are walking with them through those times that seem to declare that You are not the faithful God you said you were. You are faithful, You are true, and you are not a man that you should lie. (numbers 23:19)
In the Name of Jesus,I bind them to your word that says that they are not to be dismayed or afraid of anything man, the devil, or the world would bring against them--for you are their shield, their truth, and their buckler. I bind them to the reality of the truth that says they do not have to fear evil, even when it camps around them.
I loose fear from them. I loose all tormenting thought patterns and I loose the strongholds that have opened the doors to allow the terror that comes in the night to trouble them. I loose all wrong beliefs and attitudes they have ever learned from the world that would turn them from seeking only you.
I bind them to your will and your way. I bind their wills to your will, their minds to the mind of Christ, and their emotions to the healing balance and comfort of Holy Spirit. I bind them to the truth of their relationship with you--loosing their concept of it in order to receive your reality of it.
I thank you, Father, that they are your workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which You have before ordained that they should walk in. I thank you that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they will overcome, for this is their heritage as a child of God, and their righteousness comes from You. I thank you for perfecting that which concerns them, and to working in them both to will and to do of your good pleasure. Lead and guide their steps in the way of righteousness, and let them experience for themselves the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I loose every hindrance that rises up to keep back the blessings of God from flowing in their lives. Let your will be done in their lives as it is already established in heaven. I thank you for your grace, mercy, love and forgiveness that flows from You to us. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
