Stop the diseases

We understand your concern about the spread of diseases such as Monkeypox, bird flu, and COVID-19. We stand with you in prayer, asking God for His mercy and protection during these uncertain times.
Let us remember what is written in Psalm 91:5-6 (WEB): "You will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."
As we pray, let us also be mindful of Psalm 31:14-15 (WEB): "But I trust in you, Yahweh. I said, 'You are my God.' My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me."
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fears and concerns about the spread of diseases. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would halt the spread of Monkeypox, bird flu, and COVID-19. We claim Your promise of protection in Psalm 91, trusting that no plague can come near us when we dwell in the shelter of the Most High.
We pray for wisdom for our leaders and healthcare professionals, that they would make decisions that lead to the containment of these diseases. We also pray for those who are already affected, that You would heal them and comfort their families.
Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all, and we trust that our times are in Your hands. We claim Your promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14, that if Your people humble themselves, pray, seek Your face, and turn from their wicked ways, then You will hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Let us put our trust in Him, knowing that He is in control.
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
