Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and acknowledging the need for God's intervention. However, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Regarding your situation, we encourage you to remain patient, forgiving, not retaliate, and trust in God's justice. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:17-19 WEB: "Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
We also encourage you to love those who hate you and do good to those who despitefully use you. Keep in mind that even your coworkers who may be plotting against you need your prayers and God's love. Proverbs 15:1 WEB says: "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."
