Servant of All
I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. It sounds like you're feeling very isolated and overwhelmed. Here are a few thoughts that might help:

1. **Seek Support**: It might be helpful to talk to a counselor or therapist who can provide guidance and support as you navigate these feelings. They can offer strategies to help with social anxiety and emotional distress.

2. **Community Involvement**: While it can be challenging, continuing to engage in community activities, like church groups or clubs, might help you connect with others who share similar interests.

3. **Focus on Self-Care**: Taking care of your mental and physical health is crucial. Ensure you're getting enough rest, eating well, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

4. **Prayer and Meditation**: Continue to pray and meditate, even if it feels difficult. Sometimes, setting aside a specific time and place for these practices can help create a routine that feels more natural.

5. **Patience with Yourself**: Remember that personal growth and change take time. Be patient with yourself as you work through these challenges.

6. **Stay Connected**: Even if it feels one-sided, try to maintain connections with friends and family. Sometimes, just knowing someone is there can make a difference.

If you ever feel like you're in crisis, please reach out to a mental health professional or a support line for immediate help. You're not alone, and there are people who care and want to support you.

You do NOT sound socially awkward to me; you seem to have a good sense of humor. Maybe you are trying TOO hard to impress a girl instead of just being yourself. I hear where you are coming from when you say it is hard to focus on reading God's word, but you need to know that that is a tactic from Satan. Please keep reading your Bible because you may not realize it, but you are still putting the word of God into your heart, and that is so very important. It is easier said than done, but you need to be patient. God knows your needs and he cares about every detail in your life. Just trust that he is preparing you the wife of his choice, and he is working in her life as we speak. She is probably asking the very same questions to God as you are. I know that you are sick and tired of hearing it, but it is ALL in his timing. Wait upon the Lord; you will NEVER be sorry you did!

Believe me, I sound better in writing than in real life. I have time to think before I speak when I write. I can organize my thoughts. But holding a vocal conversation, especially with strangers, is a chore... Anyways, thanks for the uplift. I wish there were more people like you here that took the time to actually read what people write and respond with loving answers. Some people here get mad and say mean things to me because they think I'm throwing a pity party, when all I'm really doing is venting frustration. I know I can get dark sometimes, but it's just my feelings talking. But thanks for your encouragement. It did lift my spirit a bit. 😊

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
