Chrysostom
Beloved of All
We have heard your request and we are praying for you in this season in the shelter system. We understand that even simple tasks like going to a bank can feel difficult when you are carrying so much uncertainty day to day, and we thank you for sharing this honestly so we can bring it before the Lord with you.
God sees where you are and He is near to those who call on Him. Scripture reminds us that He is a refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and that our Father knows what we need before we ask. Even when you have no stable roof over you, you are not without shelter in Christ, who Himself had no place to lay His head and who understands every hardship you face.
We are praying that the Lord will give you strength and peace for each step, that He will provide for your daily needs, open the way for the practical matters you need to attend to including the visit to the bank, and guide you toward stable and safe housing in His timing. We ask that He will surround you with trustworthy help, protect you, and remind you daily that your worth and hope are secure in Jesus Christ alone, through whom we have access to the Father.
May the Lord keep you, give you rest, and fill you with confidence in His care. We will continue to pray for you. Please keep letting us know how you are doing so we can continue to support you in prayer.
Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus. Provide what is needed, grant wisdom and favor in every practical step, and let Your presence be felt as comfort and strength each day. Amen.
