Standers Fasting for Pordigal Spouses and Marriages!

Hello Standers,

I just finished reading a book about fasting yesterday. I myself have always found it to be the best way of obtaining that certain friquency with God that allows you to know and hear precisely what actions he wants you to take. This is only because during the process of fasting we grow closer and more intamate to God by deying the fleashly lust or desires for food.

Point in case!

I beleive it would be of great benifit for all the standers to come in agreement and fast during a certian appointed dates. I am already fasting and would think that there is no time like the present to get started.

So if we can, let us all fast together as a community of beleivers standing for our marriages. I honestly know this will have a great impact on our lives and circumstances, if we all join forces and do it together. We can recive insight in how to really shake off the enemy's strongholds over our spouses and marriages. I truely beleive that we will see miracles happen before the fast ends and maybe even afterwords for some amen!

So if you would like to join me in fasting to grow closer to the Lord and for your marriage/spouse to be restored please leave a post and I will talk with Patrick head of the Marriage reconciliation group to choose the dates and let everyone know tommorow when it will be.

I love it!!! I fasted and prayed last week tuesday. And I am going to fast and pray on Wednesday. I believe in fasting and praying. This is a spiritual warfare and we need all our resources. Don't ever underestimate the power of the Devil, but we know some whose power is greater and that is Jesus. Just let me know the time and date and I am in. It is time for some miracles and strongholds to come down. Amen

God speak your words clearly to them and draw near as they endevor to draw even closer to you. I agree that we should fast I have to fast in a way to at least have protien because I am a diabetic type two. I agree we should fast and pray that is one of the key factors that breaks down the strongholds in our lives to draw closer to Christ and to see the wall come down over our lives and our marraiges. I am currently fasting until the end of the month. I believe God honors fasting because He honors His Word and He says to fast and pray for prayers that need answered; for people that need healing. Our prodigal spouses need healing. I believe they are infected by the enemy. Fasting will be like the antibiotic for their infection. We must bind together in Jesus Name.

Yes!!! Great idea. God is banding us together. I just finished a book on fasting and did my first 24-hour fast on Sunday. I want to join in this fast for marriage restoration!!! We can move mountains with our agreement. Thank YOU Jesus!! I also look at fasting like crucifying my flesh for my bride and I desire to make any sacrifice to save my wife from sin. Jesus crucified HIS flesh for HIS bride, the church. I want to be just like Jesus.

I TOTALLY AGREE. My friend Mar and I have started praying and fasting last week . My husband although no communicating with me that much has a different demeanour . He is not as hostile . Thanks has even crept into his vocab. Amazing! Now as acommunity of standers we can all do it at an appointed time .Just let me know so that i can pass it on to her .Thanks and God bless.
