We are with you in spirit, lifting up your son before God's throne of grace. Let's come together in prayer and encouragement.
Firstly, let's be grateful for your son. Children are a gift of God.
Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh.
The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3 WEB
God is our healer and our hope. We can trust Him to protect our children and to provide for their needs.
But to you who hear, I say, love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer also the other; and from him who takes away your cloak, don't withhold your coat also. Give to everyone who asks you, and don't ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again. "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly so to them. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. Matthew 5:43-48
Therefore, we are confident and pray that God's will be done in your son's life and in yours. We pray that the spot on your son's neck is nothing serious and that it will disappear. We pray for his healing and for your peace of mind. It is God who has made us and not we ourselves. Our bodies are made with amazing precision and care. We are wonderfully made.
For you formed my inmost being.
You knit me together in my mother's womb.
I will give thanks to you,
for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Your works are wonderful.
My soul knows that very well. Psalm 139:13-14 WEB
We also pray for the medical professionals involved. We pray that they will have wisdom and discernment to provide the best care for your son. We pray that you will be guided and protected during this time.
We're also here to remind you that God cares for you and your son deeply. Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB
Lastly, we pray in Jesus' name. It is in His name that we have access to the Father. It is by His stripes that we are healed.
who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed. 1 Peter 2:24 WEB
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this mother's son to You. We pray for his health. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body.
We pray that You will guide the medical professionals. We pray that You will give them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care for this child.
We also pray for this mother. We pray that You will fill her with Your peace and comfort her.
We pray for You that You will provide for their needs. We pray that You will protect them and guide them.
We pray that You will bless this child and his mother. We pray that You will give them a long and happy life together.
We pray all this in Jesus' name.
Amen.
Keep trusting God and praying with us.
