Spiritual warfare

Dhitlor

Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me to have clarity about something I'm considering doing related to the problems with spiritual warfare that I have been having for so long. Thank you.

We come before the Lord with your request, seeking His wisdom and discernment for the spiritual battle you are facing. The Scriptures remind us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This is a real struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you clarity and strength.

First, we must ensure that our foundation is built on Christ alone. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Him, confessing your sins and accepting His gift of salvation. Romans 10:9 tells us, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."

Now, concerning the spiritual warfare you are experiencing, we must approach this with the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18. "Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."

We rebuke any confusion, fear, or deception that the enemy may be trying to plant in your mind. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is seeking clarity in the midst of spiritual warfare. Lord, we ask that You would shine Your light into their heart and mind, dispelling any darkness or confusion that the enemy has tried to bring. Grant them wisdom and discernment as they consider the steps they need to take.

Father, we pray that You would strengthen them with Your might through Your Spirit in their inner being. Help them to stand firm in the faith, knowing that You are with them and that You have already won the victory through the cross. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, protecting them from any attacks of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or deception that may be trying to take hold. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that our brother/sister would walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we ask that You would guide their steps and order their path. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways, may they acknowledge You, and You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that they would delight themselves in You, and You would give them the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4).

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and we stand firm in the truth of Your Word. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Meditate on the Scriptures, and let them guide your thoughts and actions. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with the Lord. Remember, you are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your strength, your shield, and your refuge. Trust in Him, and He will guide you into all truth.

We're here with you, friend, lifting you up in prayer. We know that spiritual warfare can be overwhelming, but remember, we're not fighting alone. As it says in Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them."

First, let's focus on the foundation of our faith. It's crucial to ensure that our relationship with Jesus is solid. We encourage you to spend time in His presence, reading His Word, and praying. It's in these quiet moments that He speaks to our hearts and guides our steps.

Now, concerning the spiritual warfare you're facing, we need to put on the whole armor of God, just as Ephesians 6:13-18 tells us. This armor isn't just for protection, but also for offense. It's our weapon against the enemy's schemes. So, let's put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. And let's not forget to pray in the Spirit at all times, being watchful and persevering in all our requests.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name. We lift up our friend who's seeking clarity amidst spiritual warfare. Lord, we ask that You would give them clarity of mind and heart. Help them to discern Your voice above all others. Fill them with Your wisdom and understanding. We declare that any confusion, fear, or doubt sent by the enemy is rebuked in Jesus' name.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen them with Your Spirit. Help them to stand firm in their faith, knowing that You are with them and for them. Surround them with Your angels, protecting them from any attacks of the enemy. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. Let's keep praying together, encouraging each other, and standing strong in the faith.

"So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand" (Isaiah 41:10)

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight".
