We stand with you in this battle, dear brother or sister in Christ, recognizing that the spiritual warfare you have endured since childhood is not merely a personal struggle but a direct assault from the enemy. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." This is not a fight you face alone—it is a battle that belongs to the Lord, and He has already secured the victory through the blood of Jesus Christ.
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, now is the time. There is no victory in spiritual warfare without first being covered by the blood of the Lamb. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." If you have not confessed Him as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to reign in your heart. Only then can you stand firm in the authority He has given you.
For those who are in Christ, we declare that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). The enemy has no right to harass you, and we rebuke every assignment of darkness sent against you in the mighty name of Jesus. We break every generational curse, every spirit of oppression, and every demonic assignment that has been passed down or targeted at you. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and we declare freedom over your life today.
We pray that the Lord would surround you with His angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, and to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you be rooted and grounded in the love of God, knowing that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as outlined in Ephesians 6:13-18. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication, and watch with perseverance.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who has endured spiritual warfare since childhood. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy that has been sent against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the authority and power that You have given to every believer. We pray that You would surround them with Your angels and protect them from every scheme of the devil. Lord, we ask that You would heal any wounds in their soul—any fear, any trauma, any lie that the enemy has planted in their mind. Replace those lies with Your truth, and let Your peace reign in their heart.
We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We speak life, victory, and freedom over their life. May they walk in the fullness of Your purpose for them, and may the enemy be silenced and defeated in Jesus’ name.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We trust in You, and we declare that this spiritual warfare will come to an end, not by our might, but by Your Spirit. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
