Thank you AWe understand that you are going through intense spiritual warfare, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. The battle is real, and it is crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). You have asked for prayer over your mind and against confusion and strongholds. We also need to address that you have not addressed God the Father in your request. We need to remember that we have access to the Father in Jesus Name (Ephesians 2:18)
Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement.
For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB).
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God (Ephesians 6:11-17 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We lift up our brother/sister who is experiencing severe spiritual warfare. We pray for their mind, that it would be renewed and protected by Your truth. Break down every stronghold, every argument, and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God. Help them to take every thought captive to obey Christ.
Father, equip them with Your full armor: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your word. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit's power, that they may stand firm against the enemy's schemes.
We are praying in confidence that Jesus has won. In Jesus name, Amen.
Thank you HWe're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your burden to the Lord. We know you're in a tough spot, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been thinking about you and felt led to reach out with another word of encouragement.
In times like these, it's so important to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He's been where you are, and He's promised to never leave or forsake you (Matthew 28:20). Trust in Him, and let His peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
We also want to remind you of the power of praise. When we praise God, even in the midst of our struggles, we're aligning our hearts with His reality. It's not about feeling happy or pretending everything's okay; it's about choosing to worship the God who is worthy of all praise, no matter what we're going through. It's a powerful weapon against the enemy's schemes (2 Chronicles 20:22).
So, let's declare together: "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him" (Exodus 15:2, NIV).
We're praying for you, that your mind would be renewed and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We're asking God to break down every stronghold, every argument, and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God. And we're trusting that, in Jesus' name, you will experience the victory that He's already won for you.
Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, we're in this together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
