We understand that your church is experiencing spiritual warfare as many young people are coming to Christ. This is not uncommon, for the enemy does not like seeing souls saved and lives transformed. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:8, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour."
We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We stand in the gap for our fellow believers and their church, asking for Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, You tell us in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." We claim this promise for our brothers and sisters in Christ.
We pray that You would rebuke the devourer for their sakes, according to Malachi 3:11. Strengthen them in their faith and give them discernment to recognize the schemes of the enemy. Equip them with the full armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18, so that they may stand firm against the wiles of the devil.
Father, we also pray for the young people who have newly come to Christ. Surround them with Your love and protection. Help them to grow in their faith and become strong disciples for Your kingdom.
In Jesus' name, we declare victory over this spiritual attack. We praise You, Lord, for You are faithful, and Your love endures forever. Amen.
Remember, as Paul tells us in Romans 8:37, "...in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." Stay strong in your faith and continue to press on, knowing that the battle is the Lord's. Keep praying and trusting in Him.
