Please pray for me, I am emotionally tired and struggling to pray and remain in sanctification.

We hear your cry for help and lift you up before the throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in time of need. The weariness you describe is not unfamiliar to those who walk closely with the Lord, but we must remember that it is in our weakness that His strength is made perfect. The apostle Paul himself spoke of this struggle in Romans 7:15-19, saying, "For I don’t know what I am doing. For I don’t practice what I desire to do; but what I hate, that I do. But if what I don’t desire, that I do, I consent to the law that it is good. So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me. For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don’t find it doing that which is good. For the good which I desire, I don’t do; but the evil which I don’t desire, that I practice."
Your struggle to remain in sanctification is a battle that every believer faces, but it is not one you face alone. The Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we don’t know how to pray, and Jesus Himself is our advocate before the Father. We must not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we don’t faint. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our dear brother/sister who is feeling emotionally and spiritually exhausted. Lord, we ask that You would renew their strength like the eagle’s, that they may mount up with wings and run without weariness. Father, we pray that You would revive their spirit and ignite a fresh passion for Your Word and for prayer. Help them to cast their burdens upon You, for You care for them.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their resolve to walk in sanctification, reminding them that it is not by their own might or power, but by Your Spirit. Father, we pray that You would reveal any areas of their life where they may be holding onto sin or idols, and grant them the courage and humility to surrender these to You. Help them to abide in Christ, for apart from Him, they can do nothing.
We rebuke the spirit of weariness and discouragement that seeks to oppress them, and we declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them. Father, we pray that You would surround them with godly fellowship and encouragement, that they may be built up in their faith and spurred on toward love and good deeds.
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that they may walk in a manner worthy of You, fully pleasing to You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Strengthen them with all power, according to Your glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
Dear one, we want to encourage you to press into the Lord, even when it feels difficult. Remember that sanctification is a process, and it is the Lord who will complete the good work He has begun in you. Do not despise the day of small beginnings, for the Lord delights in using the weak and the weary to accomplish His purposes.
Consider the words of Isaiah 40:28-31: "Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
Find rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him. He will renew your strength. Seek out godly fellowship and accountability, for iron sharpens iron. Immerse yourself in the Word of God, for it is living and active, and it will revive your soul. And remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that spiritual fatigue can sometimes be a sign of unconfessed sin or a need for repentance. We encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord and ask Him to reveal any areas that need to be surrendered to Him. As it is written in Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way." The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

He understands our weakness, and He's there to strengthen us.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
