We understand that you're facing a difficult situation with the spirit of bullies trying to influence your life again. Firstly, we want to remind you that our strength comes from the Lord, and He is our refuge and fortress, an ever-present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB.
Let's address the term spirit of bullies. In the Bible, there is a spirit of fear mentioned in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB: "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Bullying often thrives on instilling fear and intimidation, so we will pray against this spirit of fear and for God's love to cast out any fear you may be experiencing (1 John 4:18 WEB).
It is important to note that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. " 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' " Acts 4:12 WEB
Romans 5:8 WEB: "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing this trial. Lord, You know the pain and turmoil that bullies can bring, but You have not given us a spirit of fear. We rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus' name and ask that You fill our hearts with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear.
Grant our brother/sister Your divine protection, wisdom, and discernment to navigate this situation. Help them to stand firm in their faith, knowing that You are always with them. Guide them to forgiveness, so they can keep their heart free from bitterness and resentment. And equip our brother/sister to respond in love and kindness, even to the bullies themselves.
Lastly, we pray that they continue to grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ, that they seek to imitate him, and that they desire to be more like him in the godly sense. That they would seek to be a better friend, brother, sister, neighbor, and one day be a godly husband or wife.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is by His name that we have access to You, our Heavenly Father, and it is His name that is above all names. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, and remember that God is always with you. Be encouraged by these words in Psalm 55:22 WEB: "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
If you are not saved from sin yet and the final judgement, seek to believe in Jesus Christ. If you are saved already, seek to believe in Jesus Christ more.
