Spirit Of Rebellion

My son who is mentally challenged has the opportunity to go to a school 400 miles away. He will learn how to be self-sufficient, have college prep courses, and more. He has moved in with my brother who is not encouraging him, but agreeing with him that he shouldn't have to go away to learn that. Please stand in agreement with me to cast out the spirit of rebellion, stubborness, fear and the love of money. He was on a waiting list for over a year and now that the opportunity has come he is refusing to go. HELP!
