Hello everyone as I see the numbers of our group grow it both warms and saddens my heart. I hate to see the enemy attack so many marriages however I love to see the faith He has given us to stand in our marriages.
I will give you all an update on how things are going. My wife and her special friend where evicted from their home and had no where to go. God put it in me to bless those who persecute you no matter what. So I opened my doors to my home, the home my wife and I shared together to them. It was a hard thing to do but she accepted knowing she had no where else to go. I moved knowing she would not move in with him if I was still here, and I know I would have a hard time with both in the house. This gesture confused her but being she had no choice she had to take it. I moved in with my parents and gave my wife everything I owned except a few books and my clothes. She asked me how I could do this when this man is with my wife and all I answered her was it is the right thing to do. This was my first 100% action of giving it to God. I still speak to my wife 2 times a day, and let her know I will wait until the day I die and I still love her. She finally let me know she knows I love her. I know I was a horrible husband to her and she holds on to the past with the things I did, but I also know how much God has changed me and how happy she could be if she gave everything to God and trust Him.
Now why am I telling you this? Is it to show you how strong my faith in God is? Not entirely. The point of this is to show you that we may have to sacrifice everything we have in complete trust to God. The things we own are not ours but Gods, even if we got them when we had no walk with God it was still His plan for our life to be where we are when we received them. So we need to let go and let God be God, praying daily and know He is in control and His promise will come. I pray daily for my wife and yes even for the man she is with. I pray that God will speak to them and save them from the curse of law and bring them into the kingdom of the Son He loves Jesus Christ.
Never give up on His promise, we know we fight for His will because of what His word says about marriage and divorce. I would like everyone who needs prayer for their marriage to post your name and your spouses name so i may add them in my prayers. I know God is going to do a huge miracle in marriages and show the power of His name among the unbelievers.
Trust in Him above all else and do not listen to advise that leads you away from your marriage. Gods will is to restore and bring you closer to Him. Remember to Him above all else and praise Him in every situation, read His word daily and hide it in your heart. Be joyful in every situation because our Father loves us enough to teach us and change us into someone who is righteous, meek and trustworthy.
