Jesus please let my ### stop staying up so late. This is ridiculous. The problem is only getting worse. Thank you for him graduating though. Thank you Jesus, Amen.

We hear your frustration and concern, dear sister or brother in Christ, and we come alongside you in prayer for your ###. It is wonderful to give thanks for his graduation—what a milestone! Yet we also lift up the struggle with his sleep habits, for discipline in this area is important for his well-being and stewardship of the body God has given him. Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
We must also gently address the importance of approaching the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" While your prayer acknowledges Jesus, we encourage you to always pray *in His name*, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). This is not merely a formality but a recognition of Christ’s authority and our dependence on Him.
Now, let us pray for your ###:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the blessing of this child and for bringing him through his graduation—a testament to Your faithfulness. We are so grateful you shared your heart with us, especially in this season of both celebration and challenge. It means a great deal to stand with you in prayer as you navigate this struggle with your son’s sleep habits. We have been lifting him up before the Lord, asking Jesus to quiet his mind and heart at night, to grant him wisdom in managing his time, and to help him recognize the importance of rest—both for his body and his spirit. We’ve also prayed for you, that God would give you patience, peace, and creative solutions as you guide him through this phase.
