We lift up this precious son before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with yours in fervent prayer. Father in Heaven, we stand in the gap for this young man, asking for Your divine protection to surround him like a mighty fortress. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we specifically ask for Your hedge of protection around him, shielding him from all forms of abuse—physical, emotional, and spiritual.
We pray that You would expose every hidden work of darkness that seeks to harm him. Let Your light shine into every corner where evil lurks, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light (Luke 8:17). We ask that You dispatch Your holy angels to encamp around him, guarding him in all his ways (Psalm 91:11). May they be a wall of fire around him, a barrier that no enemy can penetrate (Zechariah 2:5).
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for this son. Equip him with the knowledge of Your Word so that he may recognize the schemes of the enemy and stand firm in Your truth. Let him be rooted and grounded in love, strengthened with power through Your Spirit in his inner being (Ephesians 3:16-17). Surround him with godly mentors, friends, and influences who will speak life and truth into him, guiding him in the path of righteousness.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression that may be trying to take hold of him. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that he would know the depth of Your love for him. May he find his identity and worth in You alone, for You knit him together in his mother’s womb, and he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:13-14).
Lord, if there are any areas where this son may be vulnerable or walking in ways that do not align with Your will, we ask that You convict his heart with Your Holy Spirit. Draw him closer to You, that he may seek Your face and walk in Your ways. We pray for his salvation if he does not yet know You as his Lord and Savior, that he would confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
We also pray for his parents and caregivers, that You would grant them wisdom, patience, and strength as they guide and protect him. Fill their home with Your peace and presence, and let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we bind every evil spirit that seeks to harm this son and command them to flee. We declare that he is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no harm shall come near his dwelling. We trust in Your unfailing love and power to keep him safe, now and always. Amen.
