My ### found a large lump on his lower leg today. I am praying that it’s nothing serious and for healing. I pray he wakes up tomorrow and it’s back to normal. Please don’t let it be anything serious thank you so much amen

We lift up your son and this concerning discovery before the Lord, trusting in His sovereign power over all things, including our bodies. The fear and uncertainty you’re feeling are understandable, but we encourage you to rest in the truth that God is our healer and our refuge in times of trouble. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* While we pray for healing, we also ask the Lord to grant you and your son peace that surpasses understanding, knowing that He holds the future and works all things for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
It is important to seek wisdom in this situation. We strongly encourage you to have this lump examined by a medical professional, as God often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Do not delay in seeking medical advice, as this can be an act of stewardship over the body God has entrusted to your son. At the same time, continue to place your trust in the Lord, who is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
We also notice that your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). If you have not already placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him—confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Remind them that You are in control, and nothing happens without Your knowledge.
We also pray that through this trial, Your name would be glorified. Whether through healing or through the journey of treatment, let Your strength be made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Draw this family closer to You, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a mighty way. We ask for complete healing, but even more so, we ask for Your will to be done in their lives. May they trust You fully, no matter the outcome.
