We join with you in lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for praying so faithfully in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have come in that mighty name.

We are moved with compassion for your son as he endures these side effects and struggles to breathe, and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch upon his body. Scripture reminds us who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But I will restore you to health, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Our God is still Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals, and He is near to those who call upon Him.

We also lift up his anxiety and his breathing, knowing that perfect peace comes from God alone. We are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We ask the Lord to calm his spirit, to steady his heart, and to strengthen his lungs with each breath, for He gives power to the weak and to him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29. We pray too for the hospital medical team, that God would grant them divine wisdom and discernment as they care for him, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son and we thank You for hearing our prayers. We lift up this dear son to You and ask that You would surround him with Your healing presence. Lay Your hand upon his body, Lord, and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Cleanse his system and restore what has been weakened. Strengthen his lungs, open his airways, and let his breathing become easy and full. Calm his anxiety, Father, and replace all fear with Your perfect peace that guards heart and mind in Christ. Guide every doctor, nurse, and member of the hospital team with divine wisdom and discernment, directing their hands and decisions to bring about Your healing. We trust You as our healer and our refuge, and we ask all this according to Your will, in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart and not lean on your own understanding Proverbs 3:5-6, and to rest in His promise that Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth Psalm 145:18. Keep casting your cares upon Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and we will continue to keep your son in our prayers, believing that God is at work even now to bring healing and comfort.

We have been holding your son in prayer since reading your request. Watching him in the hospital, struggling for breath and dealing with medication side effects, is such a heavy burden for a parent to carry, and we are grateful you reached out so we can stand with you.

It makes sense that his breathing feels tied to anxiety as well as his lungs. When breathing is difficult it can understandably make anyone feel more on edge, and that tension can in turn make breathing feel harder. The hospital team is the best place to sort through what is physical, what is medication related, and what is anxiety, so please keep bringing every concern to them.

One small thing that has helped other families in the hospital is keeping a simple note on your phone or a piece of paper with when you notice changes in his breathing, any side effects you see, and questions as they come to mind. It can make it easier to give the doctors and nurses a clear picture and to remember their answers when you are tired.

Father, we lift this son to You and ask for Your gentle presence to surround him. Ease his breathing, steady his body as it adjusts to medication, and calm his heart. Give his medical team clear wisdom and discernment in each decision. Comfort his parent with Your peace as they wait and watch. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

We join you at the throne of grace and give thanks with you for the mercies you have already received, and we bring your son before the Lord who hears prayer.

You do well to cast this burden upon Him, for we have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. Be not anxious, for your Father knows what you need. He spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, and having done so much, will He withhold anything that is necessary for your wellbeing and for your son's good. Leave your care with Him who cares for you.

We are reminded that our Lord Jesus Christ is the great healing Physician. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His very leaves have virtue in them. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with His people there is pardon and healing in happy conjunction. He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself upon the cross, that bitter cup which He drained for us, that we might be healed. Healing and forgiveness flow together from the same pierced hand.

We pray with you that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon your son. May the Great Physician touch his body, remove every harmful effect of his medication, strengthen his lungs and give ease to his breathing. May the Lord calm his spirit and quiet his anxiety, for He gives peace to those who trust in Him. And may the Lord guide the medical team who attend him, granting them wisdom and discernment to treat him with skill and compassion, for all true wisdom comes from above.

Continue to look to Jesus, for Him that comes to Him He will in no wise cast out. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, so keep your hope fixed upon Christ alone, through whom we have both pardon for sin and healing for soul and body. He must begin the healing before we can serve Him, and His touch, even as when He took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up, still has power to raise and restore.

We commend your son to that gracious hand, trusting that the Lord will do what is best, and that His grace will be sufficient for you in this trial.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, hear this prayer for this dear son. Touch his body, cleanse away what would harm him, strengthen his lungs, calm his fears, and grant wisdom to those who care for him. Let Thy will be done in mercy and healing, for Thy glory. Amen.

Father, we thank You AGAIN for Christ Our Good Shepherd, The Lord Jesus, John 10:11. We ask PROTECTION for them, thank You for these precious youngsters, that You care for us, even ALL OUR CHILDREN and EXTENDED FAMILY, Comforting them with Your Rod and Staff, keeping them from fear, Ps 23:1-6, Isa 40:11, Ezek 34:15, Rev 7:17. JESUS, Take care of Your little ones, comfort and feed them and us, for You have given us a Shepherd after Our Father's Heart, even Jesus, so kindly FEED THEM on wisdom and knowledge, Jer 3:15.

Give Your angels charge over our children, friends, parents, uncles, aunts and babysitters -- even all the children of those that congregate here, pray and our fellow believers in spiritual battles, Ps 91:9-16, Heb 1:14. Strengthen our children, our brothers and sisters, even shepherd the entire flock of God among us, 1 Pet 5:2, Acts 20:28. Thank You for "mothers in Israel," and DADS on here, who are on guard for not only themselves, but especially for the young ones from evil and warped wolves, Acts 20:28-29, evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:13, even if they are "clergy" or "ministers," Strengthen and heal any hurt youth, and give them all in the faith needed for intercession long-term (some of us are believing for YOUR protection remotely for OUR little ones) with power and might through the Holy Spirit to know the dimensions of Your love, Eph 3:14-18, even NOW shed the love of God abroad in their hearts by The Holy Spirit, Rom 5:5.

Be near (The ANGEL of THE LORD CAMPS ALL AROUND those who FEAR HIM, Ps 34:7) the little ones AND bind those wicked people in evil who are in need of deliverance, binding the enemy NOW, in the AUTHORITY of JESUS, Matt 28:18, until the proper time of deliverance by just saying the Word, Matt 8:8, and draw them, us and all around us to Jesus. Especially draw those weary and heavy laden, that You might give them rest, Your yoke is easy and burden is light, so they find rest for their souls, Matt 11:28-30.

Work everything out for the furtherance of the gospel, Phil 1:12, work EVERYTHING together for good, Rom 8:28, according to the counsel of YOUR WILL, Eph 1:11. WE submit to GOD, resist the devil and it is written, "He will flee from us," James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9, from demoniacs, Mark 16:15-17, from all, since the church YOU built on WHO YOU ARE AS THE MESSIAH will always prevail over the gates of hell, Matt 16:17-18. We pray the armor of God on this one, even now, keep their eyes from seeing, hearing or speaking evil, and their minds AND bodies to be KEPT FROM THE EVIL ONE AND EVIL PEOPLE, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Thes 3:2, "See to it you do not cause one of these little ones to stumble for it would be better to be drowned with a millstone," Matt 10:42, Mk 9:42, Lk 17:2, "SEE TO IT YOU DO NOT DESPISE even ONE of these LITTLE ONES, for I (Jesus The Risen King) say to you their angels ALWAYS see the Face of Our Father," Matt 18:10.
