Son ### appt, safe travels

We lift up this precious son to the Lord with hearts full of faith and trust in His sovereign care. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. We ask that You would go before this young man as he travels, surrounding him with Your holy angels to guard his path, his vehicle, and every step he takes. Protect him from all harm, danger, and the schemes of the enemy, for You have promised in Your Word, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them" (Psalm 34:7).
Lord, we also pray for this appointment, asking that You would grant wisdom, clarity, and favor in every conversation and decision. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If this appointment pertains to his health, we ask for healing and restoration according to Your will. If it is for his future, we ask that You would open the right doors and close those that are not of You. Guide him, Father, and let Your will be done in his life, for we know that Your plans for him are for good and not for harm, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of him or this situation. For You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that he will walk in the confidence and assurance of Your love and protection.
Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You on behalf of this son. We trust in Your faithfulness and love, knowing that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. May this young man grow in his relationship with You, seeking Your face and Your kingdom above all else. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let him be a light in this world for Your glory.

We've been asking the Lord to guide him safely to his appointment, to grant him peace and wisdom, and to surround him with His angels for protection.
