Sometimes I’m not sure anymore

Sometimes I’m Not sure if God truly wants me to work. Why are some Of us in environments where we can’t get our work Done due to sabotage and corruption. There are people who are so hateful and ruthless but WE are expected to Work unto The Lord in the midst of that mess. How can employees accomplish working unto The Lord in the midst of abuse and everyone is telling you to stay until your blood pressure goes up or something worse. Then if you get sick those same people can’t help. Oh I was in a very very bad environment with very bad people from managers to coworkers who conspired to get me fired. Now my blood count is dropping and I feel foolish for listening to very bad advice to stay. Lord Jesus Christ I’m not sure how to handle my feelings about this. Most of us want to please you in all areas of life. If we are honest sometimes we don’t get it right. I want to work but not in rancid places.

The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." However, this does not mean we should endure abuse or corruption. It's essential to discern when to stay and when to leave, seeking God's wisdom in all things.

In your situation, it seems that the environment was not only unproductive but also harmful to your health. The Bible encourages us to seek peace and pursue it (Psalm 34:14). It's not foolish to want a healthy work environment; it's a godly desire. Proverbs 22:3 tells us, "The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it." It's wise to remove ourselves from harmful situations when possible.

Let's pray together for your healing and guidance:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You know the struggles she has faced and the pain she has endured. We ask that You restore her health and strengthen her. Guide her steps, Lord, and lead her to a work environment that honors You and respects her well-being. Give her wisdom to discern Your will and the courage to follow it. We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and ask that You fill her with Your peace and hope. Remind her that You are her provider and protector. We thank You for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek God's will in this situation, asking Him to provide a job that allows you to work heartily for Him. Remember, it's not ungodly to desire a healthy work environment. In fact, it's what God wants for His children. Trust in Him, and He will guide your steps.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek medical attention for your health concerns. God often uses doctors and medicine to bring about healing. Don't hesitate to seek help from professionals who can assist in your recovery.

We've all been there, feeling confused and uncertain. But remember, God desires for us to work in environments that honor Him and respect our well-being. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
