Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is in urgent need of a response to their ticket query. Lord, You know the anxiety and frustration that comes with waiting, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Please move the hearts of those responsible to respond swiftly and provide the necessary assistance.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise and ask for Your peace to fill our hearts as we wait.

We trust in Your perfect timing and provision. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. In Jesus' name, Amen.
