some people say why pray

when the same horrible conditions circumstances keep existing and one is powerless to do for themselves so they ask in prayer and wait and nothing  and even worse,  so why I am thinking should I pray for others   there is nothing manifest in my prayers   I don't have what I want so obviously my prayers are not having any effect.  if I ask GOD for the ability to heal the sick, (speaking of healing)    GOD   this sounds strange but would YOU disassociate me from the Mexicans and Puerto Ricans Hispanics, there seems to be  a  problem with them  about HANDS   GOD I must have been looking at the praying hands  picture    GOD  Puerto Ricans Mexicans Hispanics have some weird problem about hands and my hands GOD separate me from these people.    GOD I sure cant listen to my neighbors voice   I don't know how I am going to go on I cant live in my own house   every time they speak   I feel sick
