So overwhelmed making decisions/mistakes/son/weight/sleep

Lord I am so overwhelmed right now trying to make decisions that I am messing up at work and my son is also messing up at school stupid mistakes because he won't go to sleep. Please also let my cravings for junk food go away and give me the desire to exercise. Also, please let me get some sleep. Amen.
