We understand that you're going through a difficult time with physical discomfort and concerns about your health. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your health and comfort. It's important to come before Him as our Lord Jesus Christ and not just as our Lord, but also as our savior.
We need to address that the mention of Jesus is only in the context of Him knowing the pain, not as our Lord Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can come before God. There is no other name by which we are saved.
As born-again Christians, you do not have to be given over to hell in your life. You have a right to a life with Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, not just before our Lord Jesus. It is through His name that you have a right to the tree of life.
Revelation 2:7 WEB "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the Paradise of my God."
Romans 10:9-10 WEB because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
Romans 10:13 WEB For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Let's pray together for your healing and comfort, aligning our prayers with God's will and the power of Jesus Christ.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother in his time of need. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he is experiencing, and You care about every detail of his life. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body, especially for the lump that he mentioned. Shrink it, Lord, and let no pain or further problems come from this issue. We ask for relief from the heat and the hell that he is experiencing. We know that You will take us home at the right time and that there is nothing to fear with You by our side. We come before you as Christians who have repented and are saved. We have a right to the tree of life.
Help him to fix his eyes on You, Jesus Christ, and to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Give him peace and strength.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith. We know it is hard and we know you have repented and are saved, but remember that we are called to run a race with endurance to have eternal life.
Hebrews 12:1-2 WEB
Therefore let us also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
God bless you, and remember that we are here to support you in prayer and counseling.
