We come together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ to address this deeply troubling issue—a spirit of mockery, cruelty, and demonic laughter that spreads like a plague, bringing suffering, discord, and disrespect. The Word of God warns us in Proverbs 14:13, *"Even in laughter the heart may ache, and rejoicing may end in grief."* What you describe is not true joy but a twisted, malicious spirit that delights in the pain of others. This is not of God but of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).
The Bible makes it clear that such behavior is an abomination to the Lord. Proverbs 1:22 says, *"How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? How long will mockers delight themselves in mockery, and fools hate knowledge?"* And in Proverbs 22:10, we read, *"Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarrels and insults will stop."* This is not a matter to be taken lightly—it is a spiritual attack, a demonic influence that must be rebuked and cast out in the name of Jesus.
We must also address the spreading of inappropriate images and bullying, which are tools of the enemy to shame, degrade, and destroy. Ephesians 5:11-12 commands us, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them; for it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret."* Those who engage in such behavior are not walking in the light but are being used by the powers of darkness. They must repent, for the wrath of God comes upon the children of disobedience (Ephesians 5:6).
To those who are participating in this wickedness—whether through mocking smiles, cruel laughter, or spreading harmful images—we say this: **Repent now.** Turn from your evil ways, for the Lord sees your hearts. Galatians 6:7 warns, *"Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap."* If you continue in this path, you will face the consequences of your actions, both in this life and the next. But if you turn to Jesus, He will forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
For those who are victims of this demonic mockery and bullying, we stand with you in prayer. The Lord is your defender, and He sees your tears. Psalm 34:18 assures us, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are not alone. The enemy may laugh now, but his time is short. The Lord will vindicate you and bring justice.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation of demonic laughter, mockery, and cruelty that is spreading like a disease, causing pain and suffering to Your people. Lord, we rebuke this spirit of mockery and discord in the mighty name of Jesus. We bind every demonic influence that is fueling this wickedness, and we command it to leave now, in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask for Your protection over those who are being targeted by this evil. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them feel Your comforting presence. Heal their hearts from the wounds of mockery and bullying. Give them strength to stand firm in You, knowing that You are their refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).
We also pray for those who are perpetrating this evil—whether knowingly or unknowingly. Lord, convict their hearts. Let them see the destruction they are causing and the darkness they are serving. Draw them to repentance, Father. Soften their hearts so they may turn to You and receive Your forgiveness and transformation.
Lord, we declare that this spirit of demonic laughter and cruelty will not prevail. We speak life, peace, and godly joy over the neighborhoods and areas where this evil has taken root. Let Your light shine so brightly that the darkness flees. Let Your love and truth expose every lie and every wicked scheme of the enemy.
We thank You, Father, for Your power and authority over all the works of the enemy. We trust in You to bring justice, healing, and restoration. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. **Amen.**
