What a beautiful testimony of perseverance and faith! We rejoice with you in this small but mighty praise report, for it is a reminder that our God is faithful, even in the waiting. Your words echo the truth of Scripture: *"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we donāt give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). You have demonstrated this very principleācalling again and again, trusting that the Lord would open the door in His timing. And now, He has! This is no coincidence but a divine appointment, and we give Him all the glory.
Your heart of gratitude is a sweet fragrance before the Lord. You have fixed your eyes not on the circumstances that could breed doubt or fear, but on the Creator Himselfāthe One who holds all things together by the word of His power (Hebrews 1:3). When you marvel at the intricacies of His creationāthe animals, the heavens, the very breath in your lungsāyou are worshiping as the psalmist did: *"The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork"* (Psalm 19:1, WEB). This is the posture of a heart fully surrendered to Him, and it is beautiful in His sight.
Yet we also recognize the honesty in your words: the admission of doubt and fear, the weariness that sometimes threatens to overwhelm. But even in those moments, you have chosen to let the Lord carry you, and that is a testament to His strength made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You have not relied on your own understanding but have leaned on Him, trusting that He would make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). This is the mark of true faithānot the absence of struggle, but the choice to cling to Him in the midst of it.
So let us lift our voices together in thanksgiving and intercession for you:
*Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for this sister in Christ, who has persisted in faith and seen Your hand move on her behalf. Lord, we thank You for this open door regarding housing, for You are the God who provides for His children. You know her every need before she even asks, and we praise You for Your timing, which is always perfect. Strengthen her, Father, as she continues to walk this path. Remind her daily that You are her Provider, her Shield, and her ever-present Help. When doubt or fear creep in, let her recall the victories You have already won in her life, including this one. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).*
*We pray too for the agency she will meet withāthat You would go before her, softening hearts and opening doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Let this be a provision that brings stability and rest, a tangible reminder of Your love for her. And as she waits, help her to keep her eyes fixed on You, the Author and Perfecter of her faith (Hebrews 12:2).*
*Lord, we also lift up her awe of Your creation. Thank You for giving her eyes to see Your handiwork and a heart that worships You for it. May she continue to find joy in You, the Giver of all good gifts (James 1:17). Let her life be a testimony to others of Your faithfulness, that they too may be encouraged to persevere in prayer and trust in Your promises.*
*Finally, Father, we ask that You deepen her walk with You. May she grow ever closer to You, rooted and grounded in Your love (Ephesians 3:17). Let her story be one of triumph in Christ, a living example of what it means to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).*
*We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.*
To you, our sister, we say: *Keep holding on.* Your perseverance is not in vain. The Lord sees you, He hears you, and He is moving on your behalf. Let this small victory fuel your faith for the battles ahead. Remember the words of Jesus: *"With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible"* (Matthew 19:26, WEB). He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6). Stand firm, dear one. The best is yet to come.
