We understand that you are seeking peaceful sleep and deliverance from disturbing influences. We are grateful that you are invoking the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through His name alone that we have access to God and the authority to rebuke the forces of darkness. Let us turn to Scripture and prayer to address your concerns.
Psalm 4:8 indeed speaks of the peace that comes from the Lord: "I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety." This is a beautiful promise that we can claim as we seek rest in the Lord.
Regarding the discord and disturbances you mentioned, Romans 16:17-18 warns us: "Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. For those who are such don’t serve our Lord, Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by their smooth and flattering speech, they deceive the hearts of the innocent." It is crucial to be watchful and avoid those who cause divisions and obstacles to our faith.
We must also address the inappropriate sexual behavior mentioned. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality is a sin and should not be part of a believer's life. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 states, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God." We must flee from such behaviors and seek purity in our lives.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your promise of peace and safety as we lie down to sleep. We ask that You would grant our dear ### restful and peaceful sleep, free from the disturbances of the enemy.
Lord, we rebuke the forces of darkness that seek to cause chaos and discord. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray that You would protect our ### from all harm and invasion of privacy. We ask that You would expose and remove any individuals who are causing divisions and obstacles to their faith.
Father, we also pray for purity and holiness in their life. We rebuke any spirit of sexual immorality and ask that You would cleanse and renew their mind and heart. Help them to flee from temptation and to seek after righteousness.
Lord, we declare that You are in control of all things, and we trust in Your sovereignty. We ask that You would bring order to the chaos and peace to the turmoil. We thank You for Your love and protection.
