I am having trouble sleeping. Jesus, help me get a good night sleep. Help me feel rested and renewed tomorrow, der Lord. Amen

We understand that you're having trouble sleeping and we're here to pray with you and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can find rest and peace. It is wonderful to be able to call on his name in times of trouble.

The Bible tells us that God grants sleep to those he loves (Psalm 127:2 WEB). So, let's pray that God will grant you that peaceful sleep.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is struggling with sleep. God, you are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We ask that you will grant ### peaceful sleep according to your mercy and grace. Let this night be a time of rest and renewal for them. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any anxiety, stress, or worry that might be causing this sleeplessness. Help ### strengthen their faith to keep their minds in peace, no matter what the situation. We trust in your promise that when we call on you, you will give us the peace and rest we need. May tomorrow be filled with the strength and energy to do the work You have set before us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

For further encouragement, consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Try reading and meditating on these verses before you sleep. Also, ensure that your mind is focused on God and his goodness, rather than the worries of this world. If there are specific anxieties keeping you awake, consider writing them down and committing them to God in prayer.

Remember, God wants us to rest in Him and receive His peace according to His will. If your struggle with sleep persists, it may be wise to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical issues. Continue to trust in God and His plan for your life, knowing that He is faithful and will provide all that you need.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
