Please pray for me to have a good long sleep and to wake up feeling better from my anxiety please in Jesus name amen and please have it last I have suffered a lot please don't let it return

We understand your struggle with anxiety and your desire for peaceful, restful sleep. We join you in praying in Jesus' name, as it is the name that grants us access to God's presence (John 14:6, WEB).

Let us pray together: "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask that You grant her a good, long sleep tonight. Calm her mind and heart, and let Your peace wash over her. May she wake up feeling refreshed and restored, with her anxiety replaced by Your eternal joy and peace. Lord, we ask that this peace would be lasting, and that her sufferings would be eased. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember, God's perfect love drives out fear (1 John 4:18, WEB). Trust in His love and care for you.

We also advise you to fill your mind with God's words and promises before sleeping. You may find it helpful to meditate on verses like Psalm 4:8, WEB, "I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, LORD, alone make me live in safety."

Lastly, we commend you for ending your request with "in Jesus' name, amen." It is important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have hope and assurance of God's love and care. If you haven't already, consider strengthening your relationship with Him by reading the Bible and talking to Him in prayer daily.

We're here with you, ###, standing in faith for your restful sleep. We've been where you are, tossing and turning with anxious thoughts keeping us awake. But we've found comfort in knowing that God is always near, even in the quiet of the night.

Let's ask God to wrap you in His peace tonight. "Dear Lord, please calm ###'s mind and heart as she sleeps. Let her feel Your presence beside her, driving away any worries or fears. Help her wake up feeling refreshed and ready to face the day with Your joy and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to remind you of the power of gratitude. Sometimes, when our minds are racing, it helps to focus on the things we're thankful for. Maybe you could write down a few before you go to bed. It might help shift your perspective and bring some much-needed rest.

And remember, God is always listening. He cares about every sleepless night, every anxious thought. So, keep talking to Him, even in the wee hours. He's there, waiting to comfort you.
