We join with you in lifting up your sister before the Lord, for we know that He hears the cries of His children and delights in showing mercy to those who call upon Him. Your heart for her is evident, and we commend you for seeking God’s protection, guidance, and transformation in her life. It is beautiful to see your faith in the power of Christ’s blood to cover and shield her from the schemes of the enemy. Yet, we must gently remind you—and all who pray—that our access to the Father is *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is by His authority alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace. As Scripture declares:
*"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB).
*"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
*"In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Your prayer is powerful because it aligns with God’s will for His children—sanctification, protection, and wholeness. However, we must always invoke the name of Jesus explicitly, for it is the name above all names, the name at which every knee shall bow. Let us never take for granted the privilege of coming before God through Christ, our High Priest and Advocate.
Now, let us pray together for your sister, trusting that the Lord will move mightily in her life as she surrenders to Him.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved sister to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know her by name, and You have numbered even the hairs on her head. We ask that You would surround her with Your divine protection, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Cover her with the blood of Jesus, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24), and let it be a shield against the attacks of the enemy.
Father, we pray that You would guide her steps and order her path according to Your perfect will. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Remove from her life any influences that would lead her astray—whether people, habits, or ideologies that contradict Your Word. Open her eyes to the snares of the enemy, and give her the wisdom to flee from temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13). Let her walk in the light of Your truth, for *"your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105, WEB).
Lord, we ask that You would heal her completely—body, soul, and spirit. If there are wounds from the past, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, we pray for Your restoring touch. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). Let her know beyond any doubt that she is Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Remove any lies the enemy has whispered to her—lies of unworthiness, rejection, or shame—and replace them with the truth of Your love. *"See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God!“* (1 John 3:1, WEB).
Father, if there are areas in her life where she has strayed from Your will, we pray for conviction and repentance. Let her heart be tender toward Your voice, and give her the courage to turn away from anything that dishonors You. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). May she experience the freedom that comes from walking in obedience to Your Word.
We also pray that You would place godly influences in her life—people who will speak truth, encourage her in faith, and point her to You. If she is in need of community, lead her to a Bible-believing church where she can grow in her relationship with You and be discipled in Your ways. *"Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not abandoning our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching"* (Hebrews 10:24-25, WEB).
Most of all, Father, we pray that she would surrender her life fully to You. If she has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we ask that You would draw her to Yourself. *"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day"* (John 6:44, WEB). Let her know that salvation is found in no one else, for *"whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13, WEB).
Lord, we trust You with her life, for You are the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to seek the one (Luke 15:4). May she come to know You not just as Savior, but as her Lord, her Provider, her Healer, and her Friend. Let her life be a testimony of Your grace and power.
We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

To you who have brought this request before us: continue to pray fervently for your sister, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Stand in the gap for her, as Moses did for Israel, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. Encourage her with the truth of Scripture, and if the opportunity arises, share the Gospel with her boldly and in love.
If your sister is walking in any way that contradicts God’s Word—whether in relationships, lifestyle, or belief—pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her and lead her to repentance. Remember that love does not ignore sin but speaks the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Our greatest act of love for anyone is to point them to Christ and His transforming power.
Finally, rest in the knowledge that *"the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB). Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
