We join you in lifting up your sister before the Lord, interceding for her with hearts full of faith and love. Your prayer reflects deep care and concern, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is faithful to hear and answer. We are especially grateful that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is through His precious blood that we find redemption, healing, and protection, and we claim that over your sister today.
Your prayer also reminds us of Jesus’ words in the Lord’s Prayer: *"Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one"* (Matthew 6:13, WEB). We echo this cry for your sister, asking the Lord to shield her from the snares of the enemy and surround her with godly influences that will encourage her in righteousness. The Word tells us, *"Don’t be deceived. ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals’"* (1 Corinthians 15:33, WEB). So we pray that the Lord would remove any ungodly relationships or influences from her life and replace them with those who will point her to Christ.
We also lift up her spiritual, physical, and emotional healing, knowing that Jesus is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). If there are areas of brokenness—whether from past wounds, sin, or struggles—we ask the Lord to bring restoration and wholeness. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). May she experience the depth of His love and the peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in His image.
As you pray for her to make good choices, we are reminded that wisdom comes from the Lord. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5, WEB). May she seek His will above all else and walk in obedience to His Word. If there are areas where she has strayed—whether in relationships, lifestyle, or decisions—we pray for conviction and repentance, that she would turn fully to Christ and walk in His ways.
We also encourage you to continue to be a light in her life, speaking truth in love and demonstrating the love of Christ through your actions. *"Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 5:16, WEB). Your intercession is powerful, and we urge you to persist in prayer, trusting that the Lord is at work even when you cannot see it.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of this precious sister, lifting her up to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You would surround her with Your divine protection, shielding her from every scheme of the enemy. Place a hedge of angels around her, and let no weapon formed against her prosper. Guide her steps, Lord, and order her path according to Your perfect will. Remove any ungodly influences from her life and bring godly mentors and friends who will encourage her in faith.
We pray for her spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. Touch every area of her life that is broken or wounded, and restore her fully in Jesus’ name. Open her eyes to see Your truth, and soften her heart to receive Your love and correction. Give her wisdom to make choices that honor You, and grant her the strength to walk in obedience.
Father, we cover her with the blood of Jesus, declaring that she is Your beloved daughter, redeemed and set apart for Your purposes. Fill her with the knowledge of Your love, that she may walk in confidence and victory. Break any chains of bondage—whether fear, sin, or worldly distractions—and set her free to serve You wholeheartedly.
We also ask that You would use her sister (and all who love her) as instruments of Your grace in her life. Give them the words to speak and the actions to take that will draw her closer to You.
Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for her good, and we thank You in advance for the testimony of transformation that will come from her life. May she walk in the fullness of Your calling, bringing glory and honor to Your name.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
