We hear your cry and we are standing with you in prayer together before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus. You are asking if God can spare your leg from being cut and that your mind feels powerless and weak, and you are asking for powerful prayer because you believe God will hear our words. We take this burden to the Lord with you right now.
We want to encourage you that God is our healer and He is near to those who are afraid and brokenhearted. He knows your fear about your leg and about your mind and your brain, and He cares deeply for you. The scripture says in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. When our minds feel powerless, God promises in 2 Timothy 1:7, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. And in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also want to lovingly share with you that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want you to know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to call upon Him, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, confess Him as Lord, and you will be saved as Romans 10:9 promises. It is through His name we pray with confidence.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the fear about the leg and the possibility of it being cut, You see the weakness in the mind and the heaviness in the brain, and You know every detail of this situation. We ask for Your healing touch upon this leg, Lord. We pray that if it is Your will, You would spare this leg from amputation and restore health and strength to it. We pray for wisdom and skill for the doctors and medical staff who are caring for this body, that You would guide their hands and their decisions. We pray for complete healing in the body and in the mind. Lord, replace fear and powerlessness with Your power, love and sound mind, and let Your peace that passes all understanding guard this heart and thoughts. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety and we ask You to renew the mind and bring clarity and strength. We also lift up the twin brother and the family to You, that You would comfort them and draw them close to You. Let this dear one know that You are with them and that You will never leave them nor forsake them. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and healer. Amen.

Your cry has come before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace, for the Lord hears the voice of those who call upon Him through Jesus Christ.
You speak of a leg in danger of being cut off and a mind that feels powerless, and we hear how heavy this fear is upon you. The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in our own strength of mind, but in staying the mind upon Christ. When duties press and sorrows surge round, when death shadows us and ours, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. Bear your sorrow with Him and you shall find peace gleaming with a heavenly light even in the midnight of care.
There is healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. He can breathe into your soul at this very moment a peace with God which passes all understanding, which springs from perfect remission of sin. First forgiveness, then healing, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon those who fear His name, there is healing in His wings.
Therefore fear not, for this word grows plentifully in God's garden. Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God. Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, I have redeemed you. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not.
