We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up this request for healing from sinus pain, infection, and inflammation. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds. We trust in Your mercy and power to bring relief and restoration to this physical affliction.
Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Lord, we stand on this promise, believing that You are able to heal and restore. We also remember James 5:14-15, which says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We pray in faith, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your will.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would touch this body with Your healing hand. Reduce the inflammation, clear the infection, and soothe the pain. Bring comfort and relief, Lord, and restore full health. We also pray for wisdom in seeking medical care and for discernment in following the advice of healthcare professionals. Guide every decision and every step taken toward healing.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed, as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen faith during this time of trial. Help us to trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Fill this heart with peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding it in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
