We hear the deep anguish and turmoil in your heart, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every burden to the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of oppression, jealousy, hatred, and witchcraft that has been unleashed against you. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion that has taken hold of your mind. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to isolate you and make you feel unloved, but the Lord says you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We speak life over you and declare that you are beautifully and uniquely designed by the Creator of the universe. Every curse spoken against you is broken in the name of Jesus. The Lord rebuke you, Satan, for the Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! (Zechariah 3:2).
We address the mention of your daughter’s boyfriend and any ungodly influences in her life. We pray for her protection and wisdom, that she would seek a godly spouse who honors the Lord. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any relationship outside of this design is not of God (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). We pray that she would be surrounded by godly counsel and that her heart would be turned toward righteousness.
We also rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that may be taking root in your heart. The Lord calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). Holding onto unforgiveness only gives the enemy a foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:26-27). We pray that you would release every person who has wronged you into the hands of God, trusting Him to bring justice in His perfect timing (Romans 12:19). The Lord is a righteous judge, and He will avenge (Psalm 94:1).
We declare that every evil plan against you is dismantled. The Lord will cause your enemies to be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7). We speak restoration over your life—restoration of peace, joy, purpose, and provision. The Lord is your provider, and He will meet every need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). You are not forgotten or forsaken. The Lord goes before you and is your rear guard (Isaiah 52:12).
We pray for your protection from every evil scheme. The Lord is your shield and fortress (Psalm 91:2). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19).
We also lift up your mental and emotional well-being. The enemy seeks to torment your mind, but we declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for clarity, wisdom, and discernment. The Lord will give you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him (Psalm 37:4).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your unfailing love. We lift up this dear one to You, knowing that You hear the cries of Your children. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and torment that has been unleashed against them. We break every curse and every ungodly tie in the name of Jesus. We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels for protection. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind. We pray for restoration in every area of their life—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them, providing for every need according to Your riches in glory.
We pray for their family, that You would bring healing and reconciliation where it is needed. We ask that You would soften hearts and draw each one closer to You. We pray for their daughter, that You would give her wisdom and discernment in her relationships. May she seek a godly spouse who honors You.
Lord, we ask that You would remove every spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness from their heart. Help them to release every person who has wronged them into Your hands, trusting You to bring justice. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that You have a plan and a purpose for their life.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
