When you call her she doesn’t even respond and also to have her other sisters skin they are light skinned and she is little darker but I know that what God can’t d really doesn’t exist

Firstly, we want to address the concern about ###'s skin color. We must remember what God's Word tells us in 1 Samuel 16:7, "For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart." God loves ### just as He created her, and so should we. The color of her skin does not define her worth or beauty. We should celebrate her uniqueness and encourage her to embrace her identity in Christ.

Regarding ###'s ability to talk and understand, we trust in the power of prayer and God's ability to heal. In Mark 9:23, Jesus said, "All things are possible to him who believes." We believe that God can enable ### to communicate effectively and understand her surroundings.

We rebuke any spirit of delay or hindrance in her development. We declare that she will grow and flourish according to Your will. Lord, help ### and the family to accept and love ### just as she is, knowing that You have created her fearfully and wonderfully. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
