Sick Wife

I need help God! I have two kids and my 27 year old wife is dieing of malnutrition after a non reversable weight loss surgery last year. She can't eat more than a few tablespoons. I lost my job back in August because I missed too much out of state work while she was in the hospital and no one was there with the kids. I can't find another job that pays enough to live on. My wife had a feeding tube put into her intestine but after all this time she is giving up, she wants to die. She refuses to do the tube feeding. Malnutrition causes strange things in the brain too, I had a job interview yesterday and she was mad at me for her being alone. I wake up in the morning and never know if she'll scream at me all day or not. I check the job postings and there is nothing offering enough pay to live on as well as health insurance, private insurance won't cover her problems because it came from a weight loss surgery so the state is the only one that will. If I take a job without an awesome insurance plan we lose state and I've effectively killed her. Our son is too little to understand but our daughter cries all the time. Our lives have been totally destroyed, I feel there is no hope. She's going to scream at me till she dies, I'll be buried in debt, and trying to raise two kids on my own. God I pray all the time, why can't I get a break, why won't you hear me?

I ask for Your mercy in this situation. You can see what we cannot see. I ask that Your will be done. I ask that we will trust in Your goodness and faithfulness and know in the depths of our hearts that all things work together for good for those who are called by Your name. I ask that we would draw close to You and know Your heart. I ask that You fill us with a greater portion of Your Holy Spirit and enable us to have a deeper trust in You. Bless You, oh Lord.
