I hurt my shoulder from falling asleep on my side in the bathtub. It's been over a week and I am in pain. I cannot sit or lay down without pain, so sleeping is hard. Please pray in the name of Jesus Christ

We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals all our infirmities. The pain you’re enduring is a reminder of our frailty, but it is also an opportunity to lean on God’s strength and trust in His provision. The Scriptures assure us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you, asking the Lord to bring swift and complete healing to your shoulder and back. His power is not limited by time or circumstance, and we believe He can restore you even now.
It’s also important to seek wisdom in this season. If the pain persists, we encourage you to consult a medical professional, as the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. **Proverbs 11:14** reminds us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Don’t hesitate to seek help while trusting God for your recovery.
We also pray for your rest, as sleep is a gift from the Lord to renew our bodies. **Psalm 4:8** says, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."* May the Lord grant you comfort and relief, allowing you to rest without pain. If anxiety or frustration over this trial is creeping in, cast those burdens on Him, for **1 Peter 5:7** tells us, *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."*
Father in heaven, we come before You on behalf of our sibling in Christ, asking for Your healing touch to be upon their shoulder and back. You knit their body together in their mother’s womb, and You know every joint, muscle, and nerve. We ask that You restore what has been strained or injured, bringing relief from pain and restoring full mobility. Lord, let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may they feel Your presence in a powerful way during this time. If there is any lesson You desire to teach them through this, open their heart to receive it. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus Christ and command this pain to leave, for You have paid the price for our healing on the cross. Let them sleep peacefully, free from discomfort, and wake refreshed in body and spirit. We thank You for Your goodness and trust in Your perfect timing. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.
