We are with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer for your healing.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to intercede for this person who is experiencing shortness of breath. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, that their breath may be restored. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and make whole. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any affliction or infirmity causing this distress. We claim your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." We thank You for Your loving kindness and mercy. We pray for Your peace to fill their heart and mind, casting out all anxiety and fear. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for the doctors and medical professionals treating them. We declare full recovery and health over their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness. Remember that He is always with you, even in times of distress. As it says in Psalm 46:1 WEB "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Keep your eyes on Jesus, and do not forget His promise in Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We do appreciate your acknowledgement of Jesus in your request. As you are experiencing illness it is a good time to meditate on your relationship with Jesus. We would like to encourage you to read 1 Peter 5:6-9 WEB
"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. But may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you."
We will continue to pray for your healing and for God's will to be done in your life. May you feel God's presence and peace during this time.
