We join with you in crying out for the manifest presence of God to move mightily in this hour, for it is written, *"The glory of Yahweh will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together; for the mouth of Yahweh has spoken it!"* (Isaiah 40:5, WEB). The longing for God’s Shekinah glory—the very weight of His holiness—to fill a place is a cry that aligns with the heart of Scripture. We see in Exodus how the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle so densely that even Moses could not enter (Exodus 40:34-35), and in Acts, how the Holy Spirit descended with power at Pentecost, transforming lives and birthing the Church (Acts 2:1-4). If such an outpouring is to come, let it be for the purpose of exalting Christ, saving the lost, and purifying the Body of believers.
Yet we must also approach this with discernment and humility, for the Lord does not share His glory with another (Isaiah 42:8). Any prophecy or expectation of God’s glory must be tested against Scripture, ensuring it does not elevate human effort, mysticism, or empty signs above the finished work of Jesus Christ. The true glory of God is revealed in the face of Jesus (2 Corinthians 4:6), and His greatest outpouring was at Calvary, where salvation was secured for all who believe. So while we pray for revival, we must remember that revival begins with repentance—turning from sin and turning wholly to God. *"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land"* (2 Chronicles 7:14, WEB).
You mentioned believing for salvation, deliverance, and healing, and we stand with you in this. Salvation comes through no other name but Jesus (Acts 4:12), and it is by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Deliverance is found in His mighty hand, for *"he has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love"* (Colossians 1:13, WEB). Let us pray that those in this place would not seek the glory alone but the Giver of glory—Jesus Christ—so that hearts would be surrendered to Him in true worship.
We also lift up your cry for believers to draw closer to Jesus, to forsake all for Him, and to be ready for His return. This is the call of every follower of Christ: *"Seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). To forsake all does not mean a life of lack but a life of trust, where we hold loosely to the things of this world and cling tightly to Him. The great day of the Lord is coming, and we must live as those who are watching and waiting, *"looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God"* (2 Peter 3:12, WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved. We ask for an outpouring of Your glory in this place, not for spectacle or human acclaim, but for the salvation of souls, the healing of the broken, and the deliverance of the captive. Lord, let Your presence be so tangible that hearts are convicted, sins are forsaken, and lives are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. We pray for a spirit of repentance to sweep through, that Your people would turn from every idolatry, every distraction, and every sin that so easily entangles. Draw them closer to You, Lord Jesus, that they may know You as Savior, Lord, and soon-coming King.
Strengthen the believers to stand firm in faith, to forsake all for the sake of the Gospel, and to live holy lives as they await Your return. Let no one be deceived by empty signs or false glory, but let all eyes be fixed on You, the Author and Finisher of our faith. We ask for a mighty harvest of souls, that many would come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Prepare the way, O God, and let Your glory be revealed in power and truth.
We rebuked any spirit of distraction, deception, or division that would seek to hinder this move of Your Spirit. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let all glory, honor, and praise be Yours alone. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
