Severe Worry

I have a severe problem that is literally ROBBING the peace and joy and serenity from my life as a wife and mother of three...If someone hints at even the slightest imperfection of me as a mother, I get physically ill with worry, shame and GUILT that lasts weeks...Sometimes longer....Where is this coming from? I am a great mother and a wonderful wife, but for the life of me, I can't take critisism without feeling very sick with worry and fear. Fear of what others are thinking, saying and what that must mean about me and my worth...I am sure they don't mean for me to feel this way, but regardless, I end up almost throwing up from the nausiating fear and worry...HELP!
